Responsibilities:
POSITION
Summary:
This position will plan and supervise the deliveries of production supplies.
This position has the responsibility to comply with safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce safety as a core value.
Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to food safety & quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability.

Responsibilities:

Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation and Continuous Improvement and passion for customer and consumerso Attend and actively participates in safety meetings and trainingso Always ensure regulatory complianceo Plans the production schedule by gathering information on shipping dates.
o Monitor orders to ensure products are available for shipment.
o Monitor daily ingredient and packaging usage for any discrepancies and notifies production supervisors of any problems.
o Maintain ingredient and packaging inventories and decides when more items need to be ordered.
o Schedule deliveries of production supplies.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
o High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
o Up to one year of specialized or technical training beyond high school in accounting and one year of inventory control and production scheduling experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
o Knowledge of:
- Production process.
- Company policies and procedures.
- Inventory control practices.
- Production planning.
o Skills in:
- Planning production.
- Monitoring ingredient usage.
- Maintaining inventories.
- Communication and interpersonal relations as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisors, the general public, etc.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
o Driver's licenseWORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
o Workers are required to wear proper PPE such as hair nets, ear plugs, and certain areas require earmuffso Frequent periods of sitting, walking and repetitive hand movemento Exposure to changes in temperature and humidityo Able to lift up to 24 lbso Manufacturing plant is a large, open floor.
Some areas have loud machineries, and some areas are wet.
